Western Valley Family Practice is extremely patient oriented. I can ALWAYS get a timely appointment. The office staff is knowledgeable about filing insurance claims. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wait times are terrible. They "lost" my information after I had been going there for months and when I called them, they gave me the addresses of half a dozen other patients trying to figure out who I was. Never gives me refills on my antidepressants because they want me to come in and waste my time telling them I am fine.
